SpaceX officially launches its satellite internet service

 

 


Satellite Internet service Starlink has officially launched its new service that allows people almost anywhere on Earth to connect to the Internet.

And (Starlink), which is owned by the aerospace industries company (SpaceX), calls the new service the name (Starlink Room).

It is reported that (Starlink ROM) represents a re-launch of the current service (Starlink RV), and as with the latter,

Previously, users could only travel using a Dishy satellite dish within the same continent as where they reside.

Starlink markets the new subscription as a way for customers to use satellite internet in "locations where the connection is unreliable or completely unavailable." They can also pause and unpause the subscription at any time.

Starlink alerts users outside the United States that they will be responsible for importing the equipment, which means they will have to ensure that the equipment complies with local laws and regulations, in addition to paying customs duties and import taxes.
