China is still facing difficulties despite Beijing's strenuous attempts to revive the country's economy

 



Despite Beijing's strenuous attempts to revive the country's economy, especially after the slowdown and significant deterioration caused by the policies of the ruling "communist" party in narrowing its grip by claiming to curb the spread of the "Covid-19" virus and its implementation of the "zero Covid" policy, which proved to be a failure and was retracted by Beijing at the beginning. This year, however, China is still facing difficulties, this time with regard to the semiconductor industry, after its imports fell by 27 percent in the first two months of January and February of 2023.
China imported 67.6 billion integrated circuits in January and February, down 26.5 percent from the same period last year, which is also a sharper drop than the 15.3 percent drop recorded in the whole of 2022.
